Gavin Stone Reed was born Thursday May 20th, 2010 at 1:05 pm.
He weighed in at 7 lbs. 13 oz. and measured 19 1/2 inches long.
He is PERFECT!

Carter & Jemma with their new brother. Jemma has been SO excited about this new little guy and loves to hold and help out with him. Carter, on the other hand, is 2 and otherwise occupied most of the time. :)

Mom got here late Thursday night and we are SO grateful for her help.

I am always blown away by the miracle of birth, of the tangability of the spirit that accompanies them, and of how thin the veil feels during those first moments with this brand new mortal.
We couldn't feel more blessed to have this new addition to our family!

I've been checking and checking for Gavin's first pictures! He is darling--you guys are good at making babies with GREAT cheeks! Perfect for aunt sharee to pinch and kiss. :) We're so happy for you guys and can't wait to meet that little guy in July!
Congrats! Emma gave us the good news in her facebook status, but I'm so glad to see pictures! He is beautiful (in a handsome way)! I'm so happy for you and your family!
