Jemma, although a Reed, has Packard and Stone blood running through those veins...she loves to SING!
While Brandon's parents were here, she graced them with several performances, but their favorite was "Good Morning Baltimore" from the movie Hairspray. I am sorry to say that this is not her best performance...we got a really great video of her, but accidently filmed it sideways (I tried posting it anyway, but Blogger didn't like it and said there was an error with the vidoe...), so...we did film it a second time, and this is a few clips from that time through.
She get's a little CrAzY sometimes...true to Jemma...there's hip-action, spit showers, a lot of watching herself in the tv...come on, who hasn't used the tv as a mirror before?, and she's even wearing "Nina's" hot pink socks...gotta love those! :)
Enjoy!!!

That was hilarious! Kyrie made us watch it over and over again. She keeps laughing and says "Jemma so silly huh mom." Jenny, Jemma totally got that from you!!! Remember Phantom of the Opera and your special dance in front of the t.v. I love it! I love it! Jemma you are amazing!
That is SO cute! I love it! She's on her way to being a Broadway star!

Thank you so much for posting that! It was thoroughly entertaining! Charlie and I were laughing so much. She's a cutie! And as far as I remember, Natalie is right, Jemma reminds me of you...too cute!
That was amazing. ANd she knew all the words! Ryan can't even sing "Jesus wants me for a sunbeam" without forgetting the words! Amazing!! Loved it.
That I think was one of the cutest things I've ever seen! This comment is going to have to be short because Haden's insisting we go back and watch it again. Jemma: Watch out Broadway!
That was simply awesome! Jemma sure knows how emphasize and really pronounce Baltimore. Tell her I loved her singing she's one talented little girl. Love you guys!
Ho-ly-Cow. That girl is HILARIOUS! I am sitting hear late at night all by myself laughing my face off. And yes, she says the word "Baltimore" very clearly and distinctly. I love this post. I know when I show it to my kids they are going to want to see it over and over. Totally reminds me of you, Jen. "In sleep he sang to me, in dreams he came . . . (side step, side step, shake your hips, watch yourself in the TV . . . alright I did it too.)
Anyway, little Jemma, keep singing your heart out girl. You are AWESOME!
I haven't laughed that hard out loud in a few days. I LOVE MY NEW NEIGHBOR GEMMA!
Okay, it's become a nightly ritual for us to watch Jemma a few times before bed, and my kids laugh and say, "Again! Again!" Daphne said, "Aww, When can Jemma come to our house?" And Dallin said, "She's so cute!" Dallin also said, "Did she say 'Good Morning Voldemort?'" (we've been reading a lot of Harry Potter lately, and I guess he's got Voldemort on the brain..)
